  • A statewide strategy, funded by the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD), for identifying and connecting the key partnerships required to address Financial Services industry staffing and training challenges.
  • These partnerships include strong working relationships that the Financial Services Talent Network is developing with and between employers, job seekers, educational institutions and LWD.
  • Our goal is to provide the most valuable and easy to use information and best practices that will help to put NJ residents back to work in Financial Services.
